I had the privilege to attend the 2010 bodybuilding. com fitness expo this year at Quest Arena in Boise. Many of the world's leading athletes were there to sign autographs and share their knowledge of weight loss and training. Some of them were; Branch Warren: IFBB Pro Bodybuilder, Ava Cowan: IFBB Figure Pro, Shawne Merriman: All-Pro NFL Linebacker and many others from UFC to Fitness Supermodel.
The show was an amazing feat, and really showed that bodybuilding.com cares for its fans and supporters, since they are a local worldwide store right out of Boise. There was free shirts, supplements, and everything in between. Each person was given a bag in the start of the event and each person left with at least $100 worth of free stuff.
Not only was there free stuff, but many small shows throughout the day, martial arts demonstration, fit show, and many others. It was fun to travel through the aisles and see all the booths and fitness athletes. I left with a lot of appreciation for bodybuilding.com as well as the fit expo itself.
